How It Works
If your property qualifies, we’ll design and build a rental unit in your house or on your land—at no upfront cost to you. We handle everything from construction to tenant placement and management, while you earn a share of the rental income from day one and take full ownership of the unit after five years

You Start Earning
You receive 25% of the monthly rent for the first 3 years, then 50% until year 5.
You Own it
At the end of the 5-year term, you take full ownership of the unit and collect 100% of the rent.
